The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Specialist – Zone Maintenance Projects, to join our Albany maintenance team on a permanent basis.
You will be responsible for the scoping, planning and supervision of the execution of a portfolio of projects aimed at returning zone assets to a reliable and maintainable condition. This role will work closely with both the maintenance and Project Development (PDG) teams to ensure the sustainability, cadence and cost of projects are managed effectively.
Roster: Monday to Friday
Location: Albany Zone - applicants to reside in Albany, Lake Grace or Katanning
Responsibilities include:

Assist members of the Zone management team to raise awareness and capability on project management principles

Produce scoping documents related to Sustaining Capital and Major Maintenance projects within Zone

Manage a portfolio of projects ensuring projects completed on time and within budget

Work closely with key stakeholders to progress or escalate business critical issues

Supervision of execution project teams providing oversight to the Zone management team

Provide input into the zone sustaining capital and major maintenance five-year plan.

Ensure projects managed consistently in line with CBH Project Delivery guidelines, Shutdown Management Procedure and Asset Management Standard.
About You:
-
Previous experience within a project or operational environment or experience working within project related role

Ability to lead and influence others – including supervision
-
Proven experience and success in managing multiple projects or work schedules to deadlines with competing priorities

Drivers Licence (C Class)
-
Background in trade or technical role
-
Excellent computer skills including use of Microsoft Office software including Microsoft Project

Experience using SAP (desirable)

Previous planning experience (desirable)
