The Role

Take the Lead as an Electrical Supervisor in the Albany Zone!

 

Step into a key role where you'll oversee the weekly maintenance schedule, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Your work will directly support the availability and reliability of operations, under the guidance of the Maintenance Superintendent.

 

You'll be working across the Albany Zone (Terminal and/ or Country) on a 4:4 or 7:7 roster, with regular overnight travel required.

 

This opportunity is available as either a full-time Fixed term or a Permanent role —offering options to align with your professional journey.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with the planner and managers to prioritise work requests and develop the weekly maintenance schedules
  • Support the maintenance team and contractors to execute the schedules with discipline, ensuring that maintenance activities are recorded consistently and accurately in a timely manner
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of preventive maintenance plans

 

About you:

  • Electrical trade qualification
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, mentor and develop maintenance teams 
  • Demonstrated ability to set maintenance work management and execution standards, and to hold teams and contractors to these standards
  • SAP experience
