The Role

Join our dynamic People & Culture team, providing comprehensive recruitment support across the business, including our annual harvest recruitment campaign. This casual role offers variety and requires flexibility in hours and availability.

 

You’ll play a key role in delivering efficient, friendly assistance to both candidates and internal stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for candidate enquiries via phone and email
  • Screen and shortlist candidates using our recruitment system
  • Coordinate meetings and interviews with internal stakeholders
  • Conduct pre-employment checks and ensure compliance with hiring processes
  • Support general recruitment activities as needed

 

About You

You’ll bring a proactive, team-oriented approach and a passion for delivering excellent candidate experiences. Ideally, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced recruitment or HR support role
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors  - highly regarded
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to build positive relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a small team environment
