The Role

Join our Grain Technology team as an Officer – Applied Technology Support, where you’ll play a key role in managing administrative functions and supporting operational efficiency across our network.

 

This role is based at our Forrestfield location and offered part-time (32 hours per week).

 

 

Responsibilities include:

 

  • Manage ordering, receiving, invoicing, and stock control for Applied Technology stores.
  • Provide first-level technical and customer support for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support for billing, purchasing, and SAP work order planning and scheduling.
  • Support fabrication and servicing of grain quality sampling equipment and on-farm instrumentation.
  • Liaise with contractors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of work schedules.

 

 

About You:

 

  • Strong attention to detail and planning skills.
  • Proficient in SAP (billing, purchasing, goods receipt) and inventory systems.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Computer literacy and data entry experience.

 

Desirable:

  • Warehouse experience
  • Forklift license.
