The Role

Join our team as a Coordinator - Operations System Support, where you'll play a key role in ensuring the quality and compliance of operational technology systems. You'll provide valuable insights through reporting and analysis to support both central and zone operations, while also delivering hands-on technical support, including on-call assistance during and beyond the harvest season.

 

This is a full-time permanent position based out of the Australian Grain Centre (AGC).

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop reports to identify operational trends and forecasting issues
  • Provide year-round technical support for Operations staff and drivers using CBH systems (e.g. Saturn, Loadnet, CDF app, Rover, IBIS, Sitepass, mass management)
  • Provide on-call support during harvest period
  • Provide monitoring oversight for core operational Grain Technology tasks to support the zones with daily execution (e.g. canola temperature, fumigation, barley germination, weighbridge, visual and Infratech analysis, outloading quality, receivals quality, user stats)
  • Maintain an understanding of technical working requirements in regard to site operational technology and IoT
  • Collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure IoT solutions meet operational and IT standards

 

About You:

  • Previous experience with and understanding of grain receival standards, grading and delivery processes
  • Strong computer literacy and data management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated ability with monitoring and reporting, including the use of PowerBI
  • Developer capability to maintain, troubleshoot and develop IoT pathways from devices and sensors
