The role

We are seeking motivated and safety conscious individuals to come join our team as Receival Point Operators (RPO).


As a RPO, you will be responsible for:

  • Safely receiving, storing and outloading grain;

  • Sampling and assessing the grain;

  • Identifying contaminated grain;

  • Maintaining the condition of grain within the storage system through hygiene activities; and

  • Operating and maintaining equipment in a safe and hygienic manner,


While the office is based in Merredin, the receival sites are in Warralakin, Nungarin, Hines Hill, Burracoppin, Carrabin, Bodallin, Moorine Rock, Southern Cross and Koonadgin and you may be required at any one of these sites.


The successful candidates will:

  • Exhibit a strong dedication to working safely;

  • Excel in a team orientated environment and communicate professionally;

  • Be deemed physically fit in accordance with the CBH operational worker pre-employment medical;

  • Be able to work at heights, in confined spaces and in areas with high grain dust concentrations;

  • Possess basic computer skills; and

  • Hold an unrestricted and valid driver’s licence.
