The Role 

We're looking for a safety-focused full-time Receival Point Operator to join our dynamic team in Ravensthorpe—a hidden gem nestled between the Fitzgerald River National Park and a 35-minute drive from the pristine beaches of WA’s south coast. 

 

As an RPO, you will play a major part in our supply chain working with Growers, Contractors and Team members to sustainably create and return value to Growers. 

 

You'll move between sites in Area 18, including Ravensthorpe, Lake King, Dunn Rock, Mt Madden, West River, and Lake Varley. 

 

Roster: Monday - Friday (flexible start/finish times) with occasional weekend work (voluntary) 

Accommodation: Available on site 

 

Responsibilities include 

  • Operate plant and equipment to move and store bulk grain. 

  • Safely receiving, storing, and out-loading grain. 

  • Sampling and assessing the grain including identifying contaminated grain. 

  • Maintaining the condition of grain within the storage system through hygiene activities. 

  • Operating and maintaining equipment in a safe and hygienic manner. 

  

About You 

  • Hold an unrestricted and valid driver’s licence with own reliable vehicle (HR and above highly desired)  

  • Be deemed physically fit in accordance with the CBH operational worker pre-employment medical 

  • Be able to work at heights, in confined spaces and in areas with a high grain dust concentration 

  • High Risk licences (desired) 

  • Live or be willing to relocate to a location in close proximity to the list above and the ability to travel between sites
