The Role

We are seeking 2 motivated safety champions to join our hardworking team as Receival Point Operators in the Corrigin Regional Area on a twelve month fixed term contract with the option to become permanent at the end of the 12 months


Receival Point Operators are responsible for:

  • Safely receiving, storing and outloading grain
  • Maintaining the condition of grain within the CBH storage system through hygiene activities
  • Operating and maintaining equipment in a safe and hygienic manner

About You

You are passionate about working for a Co-Operative that is creating and returning value to our Growers.


You will:

  • Exhibit a strong dedication to prioritising safety
  • Excel in a team orientated environment and communicate professionally
  • Bend, stretch, lift, climb and be deemed physically fit in accordance with the CBH operational worker pre-employment medical
  • Be willing to live in remote or regional country locations
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and continually strive to exceed expectations
  • Work extended hours depending on Harvest and grain outloading
  • Work at heights, confined spaces and in areas with high grain dust concentrations
  • Possess basic computer skills
  • Display the desire and willingness to learn and accept new challenges
  • Possess an unrestricted driver’s licence
  • Demonstrate experience in a team leader role and work closely with staff, especially during harvest, by leading, training and mentoring to achieve operational excellence.


Possession of the following will be helpful:

  • HR or MR Drivers Licence
  • Front End Loader Licence
  • Confined Space Ticket
  • Working at Heights Ticket
  • Senior First Aid Certificate


This frontline role plays a major part in our supply chain working with growers, contractors and team members to sustainably create and return value to growers.
