The Role 

The Change Specialist plays a key role in building change capability within Grain Technology and maintaining fit-for-purpose change frameworks and tools. 

 

With a strong focus on the people side of change, this role supports the delivery of process, system and organisational initiatives by implementing effective change plans that minimise resistance and maximise engagement. 

 

This role is offered on a fixed term basis until September 2027.  

 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Analyse current end-to-end Country Quality sampling processes 

  • Attend Visual Analysis workshops and work closely with Project teams to develop new processes 

  • Conduct gap analysis and change impact assessments across processes and roles 

  • Develop and deliver stakeholder engagement, presentation packs and materials 

  • Support change agents to effectively embed key messages 

  • Ensure change activities are aligned with project timelines and deliverables 

 

About You: 

  • Experience delivering project, system or process-driven change across diverse stakeholders 

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, HR or related discipline (highly regarded) 

  • Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies 

  • Skilled in developing and delivering engaging materials and workshops 

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, coaching and influencing skills 

  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, with confidence to challenge the status quo
