The Role 

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Marketing &Trading Trade Services Team to assist with the administration and reconciliation of our stock position and provide critical administrative support required to ensure trading stock movements are executed accurately and on time.  

 

Responsibilities include: 

 
  • Administering CBH Grain stock position reconciliation (daily, monthly and annual) 

  • Manage all stock activities, ticketing and error handling relating to domestic, bulk and container activities

  • Ensure stock transfers to and from counterparties are completed accurately and within contractual terms  

  • Ensure Track Trade stock transactions are accurate and timely  

  • Administer the execution of all aspects of Track and Trade sales and purchases  

  • Maintain Master Data and ensure procedure guides and work instructions are maintained  

  • Recommend, participate in and assist projects relating to process or system improvements 

  • Support improvement initiatives and compliance activities including ISCC 

  • Assist the M&T domestic marketing, trading and execution program 

 

About You: 

 

  • Exposure to administration or support functions with high stock control 
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities  

  • High level of communication and interpersonal skills  

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage data   

  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills particularly in Excel   

  • Proven ability to work within a team  

  • Desirable: Exposure to trading, global supply chain and/or grain marketing
