The Role
We are seeking a motivated and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a Receival Point Operator (RPO) on a permanent, full-time basis. As an RPO, you will play a major part in our supply chain working with Growers, Contractors and Team members to sustainably create and return value to Growers.
This role requires movement between the Receival sites in Area 16 which includes Cranbrook, Broomhill, Gnowangerup and Mirambeena.
Roster: Monday to Friday with voluntary weekend work highly regarded (increased hours required throughout Harvest season).
Accommodation: Available on site
Responsibilities include:

Operate plant and equipment to move and store bulk grain.

Safely receiving, storing, and out-loading grain.

Sampling and assessing the grain including identifying contaminated grain.

Maintaining the condition of grain within the storage system through hygiene activities.

This role involves physical aspects including bending, lifting, climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, at heights and in hot and dusty environments.

Potential IC work during harvest.
About You:

Hold an unrestricted and valid driver’s licence with own reliable vehicle (MR licence preferred)

Front end loader, skid steer tickets highly regarded or willing to obtain

Be deemed physically fit in accordance with the CBH operational worker pre-employment medical

Be able to work at heights, in confined spaces and in areas with a high grain dust concentration

Live or be willing to relocate to a location in close proximity to the list above and the ability to travel between sites
