The Role

We’re seeking an Administration Officer to join our Esperance Terminal and Maintenance team. Working across both offices and reporting to the Zone Administration Coordinator, you’ll provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth day‑to‑day site operations.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordination of the clerical and administrative duties for the office and to assist management, frontline and maintenance teams
  • Liaison with the company's external and internal customers
  • Plan, organise and coordinate meetings
  • Invoicing, data processing and statistical analysis
  • Purchasing, inventory control and contract management
  • Assist with administering and coordination of the harvest recruitment

 

About You:

  • Previous experience in a similar role (desired but not essential) 
  • Current drivers licence with a reliable source of transport
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • An understanding of the grain industry (advantageous)
  • Be competent in the Microsoft office suite
  • SAP experience (desired)
