The Role

Join our Esperance Terminal team as an Administration Officer, on a 1 year fixed term basis.

Reporting to the Administration Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Esperance area.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordination of the clerical and administrative duties for the office and to assist management, frontline and maintenance teams

• Liaison with the company's external and internal customers

• Plan, organise, and coordinate meetings

• Data processing and statistical analysis

• Purchasing, inventory control and contract management

• Assist with administering and coordination of the harvest recruitment

About You:

• Previous experience in a similar role (desired but not essential) 

• Current drivers licence with a reliable source of transport

• Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills

• An understanding of the grain industry also be advantageous

• Be competent in the Microsoft office suite

• SAP experience (desired)
