The Role

We’re seeking a dynamic and organised professional to lead and coordinate administrative operations across the Esperance zone. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee office facilities and supervise a dedicated team of administrative staff, while providing essential support to the zone management team. Your contribution will help drive operational efficiency, financial performance and the successful delivery of strategic objectives aligned with our network plan.

 

This is a full-time, permanent position based at the Esperance Terminal.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee purchasing, inventory control and contract administration across the zone
  • Manage training records and promote internal training completion
  • Lead and support the annual harvest recruitment for the zone including candidate management and workforce planning
  • Manage the administration budgets within the zone, optimising cost efficiency
  • Oversee equipment hire throughout the zone

 

About You:

  • Previous experience in administration, including office management
  • Advanced computer skills including use of Microsoft Office software
  • Proven ability to plan and communicate effectively

Desirable:

  • Previous experience supervising or leading a team
  • Knowledge of the grain industry
  • Experience using SAP or similar
