RPO/Site Manager - Permanent - Carnamah

We are seeking a motivated safety champion to join our hardworking team as a Receival Point Operator/Site Manager in the Carnamah and Regional Area on a permanent full-time basis.

 

Receival Point Operators are responsible for:

  • Safely receiving, storing and out-loading grain
  • Maintaining the condition of grain within the CBH storage system through hygiene activities
  • Operating and maintaining equipment in a safe and hygienic manner

 

As part of this role you will also be required to undertake additional duties associated with the day to day management of the Carnamah site including but not limited to conducting toolbox meeting, safety interactions, assisting with recruitment and coordinating site planning and logistics.

 

Location

This role, based at our Receival Sites in the Carnamah Regional Area is located approximately 303 km from Perth. You will be required to live in a nearby community that offers a relaxed country lifestyle.

About You

  • Work extended and unpredictable hours depending on Harvest and grain out-loading
  • Work at heights, confined spaces and in areas with high grain dust concentrations
  • Possess basic computer skills
  • Display the desire and willingness to learn and accept new challenges
  • Possess an unrestricted driver’s licence

 

Possession of the following will be advantageous:

  • HR or MR Drivers Licence
  • Front End Loader Licence
  • Confined Space Ticket
  • Working at Heights Ticket
  • Senior First Aid Certificate

This frontline role plays a major part in our supply chain working with growers, contractors and team members to sustainably create and return value to growers.
