The Role

We are seeking motivated and safety-conscious individuals to join our team as Plant Operators on a Casual basis at our Geraldton Terminal. This position involves both day and night shifts, with shifts lasting up to 12 hours.

This frontline role plays a major part in our supply chain working with Growers, Contractors and Team members to sustainably create and return value to Growers.

Responsibilities include:

• Operation of machinery such as front-end loader and forklift
• Grain sampling, receivals and plant hygiene
• Control room operations 
• Physically, the role involves bending, stretching, climbing ladders, some computer data entry, working in confined spaces, at heights and in a hot and dusty environment. 

About You:

• Current of FEL and HR ticket with demonstrated experience (essential)
• Experience working in a team-focused environment in the grain handling industry (desirable)
• Be deemed physically fit in accordance with the CBH operational worker pre-employment medical.
• Basic computer skills 
• Live or be willing to relocate to a location in close proximity to Geraldton
