The Role

We are seeking two motivated and safety-conscious individuals to join our team as Plant Operators on a full-time permanent basis at our Geraldton Terminal.

This frontline role plays a major part in our supply chain working with Growers, Contractors and Team members to sustainably create and return value to Growers.

Roster: 4:4 (shift patterns consisting of 2 days and 2 nights)

Responsibilities include:

• Grain sampling, receivals and plant hygiene
• Control room operations 
• Fumigation management as well as preparing grain for shipping whilst at all times focusing on safety, quality assurance and continuous improvement.
• Physically, the role involves bending, stretching, climbing ladders, some computer data entry, working in confined spaces, at heights and in a hot and dusty environment. 

About You:

• Experience working in a team-focused environment in the grain handling industry
• Basic computer skills 
• Possession of FEL, EWP, MR or HR tickets/license highly advantageous
