Terminal Quality Coordinator
The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Coordinator -Terminal Quality, to join our Geraldton team on a full-time permanent basis.
In this role, you’ll take the lead in ensuring grain quality within the terminal while supporting the execution, organisation and compliance of the CBH Integrated Management System. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in managing and training Authorised Officers and provide support to the Terminal Operations teams in a relief capacity when needed.
Responsibilities Include:

Terminal preparation for grain receivals, coordination of the Terminal’s sampling team and audit room requirements

Ensure all grain receival and quality standards are understood and adhered to consistently across the Terminal

Follow up and action all processes relating to all required contaminated loads detected during the harvest and late delivery period

Ensure grain sampling and grain quality maintenance systems have a high-quality focus which is consistent across all sample rooms within the terminal.

Coordinate and manage all responsibilities for authorised officers in conjunction with Terminal Manager and Terminal Supervisor
About You:

Previous experience in grain sampling combined with the ability to successfully complete the CBH Grain Sampling certificate

Certificate, training or qualifications related to the delivery of training (desirable)

Competent in the operation of Microsoft Office suite of products

Ability to work at heights and be deemed physically fit in accordance with the CBH operational worker pre-employment medical
