The Role

Our Fertiliser team operate a bulk granular and liquid fertiliser import and distribution business across WA.

Due to our upcoming busy period we are looking for casual team members to join us until July 2025.

Additionally, due to an internal secondment we have a fixed-term Officer opportunity until December 2025.

In these roles, you will be working with a great team to establish and operate the site in order to receive, maintain, and outload fertiliser. Working across various functions, you will focus on quality assurance, task assignment, and have the opportunity to recommend improvements to operating processes.

Site Operational Hours: 5am – 7pm

Both roles will need to be available to work across the above hours.

Responsibilities include:

• Receive, maintain and outload fertiliser

• Ensure optimum utilisation of data input into CBH system 

• Ensure transporters are aware of operating procedures

• Raise and resolve maintenance inspections and repairs

• Ensure appropriate safety procedures / standards are adhered to for all site functions 

• Assist with internal/external audit requirements and compliance tasks

About you:

• Front End Loader ticket - essential 

• Experience in storage and handling of bulk products

• Understanding of logistics and supply chain processes including import and shipping

• Demonstrated understanding of safety awareness

• Competent in the operation of the Microsoft suite of products and data entry
