The Role
Reporting to the Marketing & Trading team, this role provides vital administrative and operational support across a diverse range of activities, including stakeholder engagement, event coordination, travel management, team communications, and financial administration.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support, including document preparation, presentations, correspondence, and general office administration.
- Coordinating team events, functions, conferences, and stakeholder engagements.
- Managing domestic and international travel arrangements, including visas and itineraries.
- Preparing meeting agendas, coordinating schedules, and recording meeting minutes.
- Maintaining distribution lists, processes, records, and team documentation.
- Processing financial transactions and ensuring timely administrative support across the division.
- Providing support to the Executive Assistant to the Chief Marketing & Trading Officer during periods of leave.
About You:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar administrative, team support, or coordinator role.
- Experience organising events, functions, and travel arrangements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the business and with external stakeholders.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent organisational, planning, and time management skills.
- A professional approach to handling confidential information and sensitive matters.
- Experience using SAP or similar (desired)
