The Role

Our Operations team in the Merredin office are now seeking an Administration Officer on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a varied and challenging role for a person who wishes to join a multi-disciplinary team.

 

Reporting to the Administration Coordinator, you'll be a pivotal role in the efficient running of the Merredin area, your key responsibilities will include:

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordination of the clerical and administrative duties for the office and to assist management and frontline staff
  • Liaison with the company's external and internal customers
  • Plan, organise, and coordinate meetings
  • Data processing and statistical analysis
  • Purchasing, inventory control and contract management
  • Assist with administering and coordination of the recruitment, selection and training of seasonal staff and process harvest recruitment
  • Promoting & coordinating continuous improvement of administration, and
  • Adherence to CBH policies and procedures

 

About You:

Our ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, innovative and self-motivated individual, who also has:

  • Demonstrated organisational and administrative skills,
  • Demonstrated customer service experience
  • Excellent organization skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Be able to demonstrate your ability to work in a team environment
  • An understanding of the grain industry also be advantageous
  • Be competent in the Microsoft office suite
  • Knowledge of SAP would also be advantageous
