The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised individual to step into the role of Administrator within our dynamic operations division. Reporting directly to the Executive Assistant to the COO, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of daily administrative functions.
Responsibilities include:

Driving efficient and effective administrative functions across the operations division

Creating purchase orders and processing invoices

Assisting with organising functions, events, and conferences

Organising domestic and international travel

Performing diary management duties

Providing administration support to senior leaders and Operations team members

Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
-
Promoting and coordinating continuous improvement of administration
About You:
- Experience with SAP software (Raising PR’s, Goods Receipting, Service Entries)

Demonstrated office administrative experience
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Strong experience in the use of the Microsoft Office suite
-
Excellent prioritisation, attention to detail and time management skills

Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
