The Role

The Analyst – Compliance plays a hands‑on role in strengthening the Marketing & Trading compliance function through data‑driven monitoring, proactive risk management, and continuous improvement, ensuring all regulatory and legislative obligations are met.

 

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Build and maintain data‑driven compliance monitoring tools, including dashboards, exception reports, alerts, and red‑flag detection across Marketing & Trading
  • Deliver internal compliance audits end‑to‑end, including planning, fieldwork, reporting, and follow‑up actions
  • Produce compliance analytics, trend insights, and risk‑based recommendations to support business decision‑making
  • Support ISCC certification compliance, including audits, mass balance reconciliation, grower engagement, and record management
  • Drive continuous improvement in compliance processes through automation, improved reporting, and streamlined workflows

 

About You:

  • Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Finance, Law, Risk Management, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
  • Advanced Excel capability (data manipulation, pivot tables, complex formulas) with experience using data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Working knowledge of data querying or coding (e.g. SQL, Python) to support automated compliance monitoring and reporting
  • Strong understanding of risk management and compliance principles, with the ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements in a business context
  • Relevant domain or industry experience including commodities trading, grain marketing, export supply chain, financial markets or similar (highly advantageous)
