The Role
Pre‑Pay Advantage (PPA) is CBH’s seasonal crop finance product, providing working capital support to growers across Western Australia. As Analyst – Grower Finance, you will support the ongoing performance and growth of the product through positive engagement with growers and strong collaboration with internal stakeholders. Using data and insights, the role identifies trends and opportunities while supporting the broader Structured Products team as required.
This position is offered on a fixed term basis until February 2027.
Responsibilities include:

Support the delivery of grower and customer products to strengthen CBH’s market position and contribute to market share outcomes

Contribute to the development and execution of product marketing and communication strategies for internal and external stakeholders

Apply an understanding of product, risk and credit policies to ensure products operate within approved limits

Review product processes and work instructions, identifying and recommending continuous improvement opportunities

Monitor key seasonal trends and assess their impact on the portfolio and Western Australian grain growers

Deliver targeted communications to build product awareness across key regions
About You:

Tertiary qualification in finance, business or a related discipline

Demonstrated experience in risk exposure analysis, profit and loss reporting and reconciliation

Strong technical capability in financial modelling, data analysis and general computer literacy

Experience with lending or structured finance products and knowledge of the agriculture industry and/or grain markets (desirable)

Exposure to commodity markets, including physical, derivative and foreign exchange trading (desirable)

An understanding of trading risk management techniques in line with AFSL compliance requirements (desirable)
