The Role 

 

An amazing opportunity to join a well-established, highly professional, and high performing team at CBH!   

 

This role provides strategic category management and source-to-contract services aligned with CBH objectives, across a range of high profile categories within the organisation.  

 

This role is offered on a fixed term basis ending January 2027 located in Perth CBD.   

 

Responsibilities include: 

 

  • Cultivate strong operational and commercial expertise in assigned categories and contracts  

  • Create & execute effective category and sourcing strategies that optimise safety, cost, timelines, and quality  

  • Effectively manage portfolios & engage stakeholders for proactive procurement initiatives  

  • Provide leadership in contracting processes, developing contract competencies, and ensure procedural compliance   

  • Drive effective contract management, including performance and risk management  

  • Foster strong customer and supplier relationships to drive value creation and realisation  

 

About You: 

 

  • Degree or experience in Supply Chain, Law, Procurement, Business, or related fields, plus proven expertise in strategic procurement (end to end) 

  • Experience in handling maintenance services would be highly regarded 

  • Analytical skills to guide complex categories, contracts, create business cases, and track performance metrics 

  • Strong commercial acumen and skilled negotiator managing complex business needs, diverse stakeholders  

  • Ability to work independently and be self driven
