The Role

We’re looking for someone who’s ready to take the lead in growing CBH’s pulse trading portfolio. This is a hands-on role with plenty of scope to shape things from the ground up.

Responsibilities include:

  • Link growers to markets by trading pulses that meet both export and domestic demand

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships across local and international markets

  • Manage trading risks and maintain accurate financial positions and exposures

  • Execute and oversee sales contracts, ensuring smooth and compliant delivery

  • Support data-driven decisions through timely reporting and collaboration with analytics teams

About You:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or a related field

  • Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills

  • High level of computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Excel

  • Previous trading experience in a similar industry, demonstrating an understanding of Australian and global grain supply chain

  • Experience in managing risk exposure and profit & loss reporting
