The Role
As part of the Project Delivery Group team, the Cost Controller plays a key role in enhancing the project controls function, ensuring accurate cost management and providing valuable insights across the CBH project portfolio.
Responsibilities include:
As part of the Project Delivery Group team, the Cost Controller plays a key role in enhancing the project controls function, ensuring accurate cost management and providing valuable insights across the CBH project portfolio.
- Stakeholder Support: Provide timely insights and feedback on project costs to internal customers and stakeholders
- Project Tracking: Maintain master project registers and control sheets to ensure accurate tracking of projects and budgets
- Collaboration: Work with Delivery Teams to keep project costs and forecasts aligned with budgetary requirements
- Reporting: Deliver accurate portfolio-level reporting against team KPIs and facilitate budget documentation for project funding
- Financial Management: Prepare project reports, process contract variations, and manage monthly accruals in the Cost Management System and SAP
About You:
- Tertiary qualifications in project controls (business, commerce, accounting) or relevant experience project controls for infrastructure projects
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
- Proven dedication to a Safety-First culture
Desirable
- Familiarity with SAP and CMS
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI and Power Query
