The Role
Step into a dynamic role where you’ll be at the heart of the action, supporting the Marketing and Trading division as an Executive Assistant.
Working side by side with the Chief Marketing and Trading Officer and an experienced senior management team, you’ll be a critical element to ensuring seamless and effective organisational operations.

Responsibilities include:

Manage the Chief Marketing and Trading Officer’s calendar & inbox, organising and prioritising meetings, handle correspondence, and ensure optimal prioritisation of commitments.

Provide high-level administrative support to senior managers enabling seamless operations and strong commercial outcomes

Prepare comprehensive reports and summaries to support the Chief and senior leaders in effective decision-making

Prepare and draft presentations, reports, spreadsheets, board papers, and customer communications while ensuring documentation accuracy and confidentiality

Organise travel and accommodation for the Chief and team (both domestic & internationally), planning for customer delegations, and coordinate events, functions, and staff engagement programs

Lead administration team members, provide role clarity, oversee workload management, and foster a professional, collaborative workplace

Handle invoice and expense processing, budget management, procurement of corporate gifts, and supplier payments
About You:

Proven experience in senior administration or executive support within large or complex organisations, ensuring high-level operational efficiency

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), outstanding time management, and exceptional attention to detail

Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative mindset, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Ability to work autonomously and in a team, prioritise tasks in a dynamic environment, and remain responsive, even during peak operational periods
Desirable:
-
Experience in agricultural supply chains, logistics, or trading environments, combined with a strong commercial background
