The Role

We're currently searching for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Chief Stakeholder Relations, Sustainability and Strategy Officer and the divisional team. 
 

Responsibilities include:

 

  • Foster collaboration within the SRSS team, executive assistants and other employees across diverse divisions to ensure our organisation operates seamlessly

  • Provide high-quality and confidential administrative support, encompassing diary management and correspondence

  • Assist in preparing reports and correspondence, including Exco and Board papers, reports, and presentations on behalf of our SRSS Chief

  • Support the broader division in event management and travel logistics, including arranging functions, workshops and forums as requested

  • Provide administrative support to internal committees including minute taking and action tracking

  • Review and monitor budget reports, and process purchase requisitions, expenses, and invoice payments in line with CBH policies and procedures

  • Manage the smooth flow of information and communication among our employees, business, and valued stakeholders

 

About You:

 

  • Strong alignment with CBH’s values: Collaborative, Reliable, Respectful and Sustainable
  • Experience as an Executive Assistant, with a strong background in event management

  • Display proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Showcase your ability to administer and navigate standard office technology

  • Uphold strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality 

  • Demonstrate exceptional multitasking and prioritisation skills

  • Embrace a collaborative spirit, being equally comfortable working both independently and as part of a team 

  • Exhibit outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge relationships at all levels, internally and externally 

  • Be familiar with SAP
