The Role
Due to internal promotions and projects we are seeking two team members to support operational requirements, one on a permanent basis and one fixed term to February 2026.
Join our Operations Finance team, reporting directly to the Manager – Operations Finance.
In this role, you will become part of a high-performing team, utilising your accounting expertise dedicated to delivering essential monthly reporting, analysis, and valuable insights to key stakeholders.
You’ll partner closely with senior operational leaders, whilst ensuring that all statutory and corporate reporting requirements are met.
Responsibilities include:

Provide financial support, analysis and insight to CBH’s Operations division

Support the quarterly forecasting and budgeting processes

Complete assigned month-end reporting & reconciliation tasks

Support the financial year end close and interact with auditors

Provide input to business process changes from a financial perspective

Participate in CBH Group projects, initiatives and continuous improvement activities
About You:

We are looking for candidates who are CA or CPA qualified, with experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

You possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, strong attention to detail, are self motivated and demonstrate advanced Excel and Power BI skills.

Experience with SAP/Oracle is beneficial
