The Role
Step into a pivotal role at CBH Grain, where you’ll lead and shape our grain accumulation activities. In this dynamic position, you’ll design, manage, and execute strategies that directly impact grower accumulation targets. As a strategic leader, you’ll guide the Accumulations team to align with the Board’s strategic & commercial objectives, ensuring our goals are met. Beyond strategy, you’ll be the face of CBH Grain, building and nurturing strong relationships with our growers and industry partners. Your influence will extend to public relations, where you’ll professionally represent and promote CBH Grain’s values and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and mentor your team with a focus on performance, development, and fostering an innovative, engaged and inclusive environment operating in line with our co-operative values

Strengthen grower and industry confidence in CBH Grain and CBH Group’s products and services

Building and maintaining robust relationships with growers and key industry stakeholders

Consistently engage with growers at the regional level to educate them and seamlessly integrate them into the CBH Grain business offerings

Shape the future by developing an effective Accumulation Service Strategy

Guide CBH Grain strategic direction as a member of the senior leadership team

Oversee and contribute to key strategic initiatives and special projects as required

Manage grower interface including all aspects of annual grain payments, paperwork and ongoing service centre contact

Additionally, oversee team budgets, ensuring they are carefully monitored and adhered to
About You
-
Extensive industry experience in at least one of the following areas: agricultural supply chains, domestic trade and market dynamics, or grain producer business operations.

Proven background in sales and marketing or trading.

Strong ability to build and sustain influential relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Skilled in leveraging analytics to deliver insights and recommendations

Demonstrated leadership experience

Willing to undertake National Police Clearance and ASIC check
