The Role
Kick‑start your career in data and analytics by working on real, high‑impact projects that support how CBH manages and maintains critical assets across the supply chain.
We’re looking for a motivated Intern to join our Asset Management team, partnering with stakeholders to analyse asset data, build lifecycle models and develop data‑driven insights that support better decision‑making.
This is a paid 10–12 week summer internship, providing hands on experience in a supportive and collaborative team environment.
You’ll work closely with experienced Asset Management and Reliability Engineering professionals and, under guidance, you’ll:
- Analyse asset lifecycle data and maintenance history across different classes of assets
- Extract and prepare data from SAP including breakdown types, maintenance activity and spend
- Support the development of asset lifecycle and reliability models
- Explore patterns in maintenance cost, asset performance and failure behaviour
- Clean, transform and package data for analytics and modelling
- Assist with data exploration, validation and quality checks
- Produce analytical outputs to support recommendations and decision‑making
About you
This internship would suit students who:
- Currently undertaking a degree in Engineering (e.g. Reliability, Mechanical or related), Data Analytics, Data Science or similar (minimum final year or close to)
- Have a strong interest in data, technology and how data supports decision making
- Enjoy problem solving and analytical thinking
- Available to commence late November 2026
- Have an interest in learning SAP S/4HANA and working with enterprise asset data
