The Role

We’re looking for a motivated Business Analyst Intern to support our IT Architecture & Planning Team in delivering impactful IT projects across CBH. 

 

As part of the team responsible for technology projects across the business, you'll work within our structured IT Delivery Framework (ITDF), following defined phases and deliverables to ensure consistent and effective project outcomes. 

 

This is a paid 10–12 week summer internship, running from late November 2026 through to mid-February 2027. 

 

You’ll work closely with a range of project professionals including Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, and Testers to help bring IT projects to life. Under guidance, you’ll: 

  • Work with stakeholders to identify business problems and opportunities 

  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements 

  • Assist in workshops and stakeholder meetings 

  • Assess solution options and support business case development 

  • Document current and future business processes 

  • Assist with project planning – including timelines, budgets, and resource plans 

 

About you:  

  • Currently undertaking a Commerce or Information Technology degree, or a related discipline such as engineering technologies, automation and controls, or similar (minimum second‑year level) 

  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills 

  • Communicates clearly and confidently – both in writing and in person 

  • Can work effectively with others, whether one-on-one or in a group 

  • Is comfortable learning and understanding technical concepts
