The Role
Ready to put your studies into practice? This internship offers hands-on experience, exposure to real-world cyber security challenges, and the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals.
As a Cyber Security Intern, you’ll support CBH’s Information Technology & Security team while contributing to projects that make a real impact across the business.
This is a paid 10–12 week summer internship, running from late November 2026 to mid February 2027.
Under the guidance of a senior team member, you’ll take ownership of a Cyber-focused project and be expected to:

Gather, analyse and document project requirements

Configure and develop application solutions

Design and produce a working prototype

Present project outcomes to the CBH Board and Senior Leaders

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business problems and improvement opportunities

Support project planning, including timelines, budgets and resource planning
About you:

Currently undertaking a Cyber Security, Computer Science or Information Technology degree or similar (minimum final year or close to)

Available to commence late November 2026

Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships and manage stakeholder expectations

Excellent verbal and writing communication skills to articulate information clearly and concisely and in a range of different forms

Can work effectively with others, whether one-on-one or in a group
