The Role
Step into a pivotal role as Lead – Asset Management and help shape the future of asset strategy across the network. Based in Perth, this full-time role focuses on developing and embedding processes that support CBH’s core asset management practices. You’ll coach and mentor teams to apply these systems consistently, aligned with tactical priorities and operational needs.
The role also ensures the accuracy and efficiency of work management processes and master data systems, enabling effective asset management across the business.
Responsibilities include:
- Enhance maintenance work management systems and develop processes, reporting tools and monitoring systems for frontline teams
- Support Asset Management Specialists and site teams in applying asset management practices and driving continuous improvement
- Work collaboratively across departments to define system needs, implement enhancements, and ensure smooth integration with enterprise platforms
- Monitor compliance with asset management processes, identify systemic issues, and implement corrective actions
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training to promote S4 system adoption and effective use across the organisation
About You:
- Qualification in Engineering, Maintenance, or a relevant trade (or equivalent experience)
- Demonstrated experience in SAP Work Management and Master Data Administration
- Proven experience managing competing priorities in complex operational environments
- Strong communication and influencing skills across all organisational levels
Desirable
- Familiarity with ISO 55000 standards
- Experience in equipment life cycle management and maintenance of materials handling equipment
