The Role

 

Our Culture & Capability team are seeking a Organisational Development Lead on a 12 month fixed term basis.

This position is offered part time or full time (32 – 40 hours per week) 

In this exciting role you’ll take responsibility for key aspects of OD including the management of CBH’s development programs, preparing for, and enabling CBH’s annual performance reviews, providing specialist advice to people leaders on talent and succession planning, culture, and engagement initiatives.

 

Responsibilities include:

 

  • Collaborate with the Head of Culture & Capability, People & Culture team, and leaders to execute initiatives that align with the refreshed strategy, values, and Path to 2033.
  • Facilitate team sessions across sites for engagement survey debriefs, action planning, and talent/succession discussions.
  • Design, implement, and monitor culture, engagement, and team-building plans to enhance collaboration and engagement, with a focus on County Operations.
  • Identify and support development plans for HIPO employees by advising on learning opportunities and tailored development experiences.
  • Lead the facilitation of workshops and internal training programs to strengthen organisational capabilities
  • Manage relationships with vendors, including sourcing, selection and management of vendor panels

This role is based in the Perth CBD, however regional WA travel will be required at times.

 

About You:

 

  • Relevant degree in organisational psychology, leadership, human resources or similar
  • Proven experience as an OD professional
  • Strong communicator with demonstrated confidence in facilitation of workshops and presentations across all levels of the organisation
  • Well-developed abilities in interpersonal interactions, influencing and negotiation
  • Demonstrated capability to plan and execute a program of work including change planning and implementation to achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Proven ability to coach, provide constructive feedback and build skills and capabilities in others
  • Desirable: Familiarity with Success Factors and accreditation in LSI, Print or DISC
