The Role
Responsibilities include:

Lead end-to-end risk workshops, including facilitation, documentation, and final risk profile preparation for Chief signoff.

Manage compilation of Executive Risk Committee and draft Board papers within required timelines.

Conduct Business Impact Assessments and support business units in maintaining up-to-date BCPs and test programs.

Support crisis simulation exercises and updates to the Crisis Management Plan (CMP) in conjunction with the Group Manager – Risk, Quality & Assurance.

Support the business in managing its compliance obligations.

Manage and administer the Group’s fraud analytics platform.

Review internal audit findings to validate risks, controls, action plans, and maintain the Assurance Map.

Own and manage CBH’s Enterprise Risk Management System including provision of support to the business and training.
About You:

Tertiary qualification in Business or a related discipline.

Proven experience in risk management, compliance, audit and governance frameworks, including ISO 31000:2018.

Strong understanding of legislative requirements and compliance obligations.

Experience preparing Board papers and delivering reports to senior stakeholders.

Confident facilitator and presenter, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

Commercially minded with strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

Experience conducting internal and/or external audits.

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
