The Role
As part of our network strategy, CBH is committed to investing $4 billion over the next decade to expand and enhance our infrastructure. This role will play a pivotal role in planning and executing the capital portfolio associated with this initiative.
A fantastic opportunity awaits for an experienced Control Systems Engineer to lead our in-house controls function.
Based in the CBD in our modern offices, this permanent role offers a chance to contribute to design, provide technical advice and support maintenance across CBH business units.

Responsibilities:

Leading the technical aspect of control systems engineering within CBH, including ownership of technical standards and standard drawings.

Designing control systems and instrumentation for port infrastructure, belt conveyors and custom mobile materials handling equipment.

Supporting through providing specialist engineering advice to bolster CBH Operations, Projects, and Planning activities.
About You:
-
Track record in similar engineering-based environment coupled with relevant tertiary qualifications

Demonstrated ability to operate at a senior level and willing to take up a leadership role across a variety of Control Systems related projects

Thorough understanding and competent in configuring and programming of control systems

Skilled in designing communications system networks
