The Role


We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the talent acquisition team and oversee the end-to-end hiring process for all roles within CBH. This role is responsible for attracting, identifying, and acquiring top talent to meet our workforce needs.

 

Responsibilities include

 

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team to ensure high performance and professionalism
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand talent requirements and provide strategic recruitment advice
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including advertising, screening and, interviewing
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future workforce needs
  • Promote diversity and inclusion across all recruitment activities
  • Use data and analytics to inform recruitment strategies and workforce planning
  • Coordinate graduate, intern, apprentice, and seasonal harvest recruitment campaigns
  • Represent CBH at career fairs and industry events
  • Optimise recruitment costs and manage relationships with third-party agencies

About You

 

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline
  • Proven experience as a senior talent acquisition professional with team leadership responsibilities
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of workplace legislation and HR systems (SuccessFactors experience desirable)
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment and working in complex industrial environments is advantageous

Other Requirements

  • Ability to travel within WA and occasionally interstate or overseas.
