The Role
Be a part of our growing team with new projects coming online - it's an exciting time to join CBH.
Working as part of Finance Shared Services team, you would be responsible for invoicing customers and growers, receipting of funds, bank reconciliations and corporate credit card management. Additional tasks include stock reconciliations, bank account processes, SAP interface error resolution, intercompany charges, asset disposals, and accrual processing.
This is a Permanent Full-Time position, based in the Perth CBD.
Responsibilities include:
- Respond to Accounts Receivable related queries, escalating to Manager as required (multiple inbox management)
- Ensure correct coding and processing of all customer/grower invoices. Complete analysis on, and process all invoice errors whether from manual billing or RPA
- Management of the CBH group Corporate Credit Card program and systems and ensures adherence to the corporate credit card policies.
- Perform AUD and Foreign Exchange bank reconciliations for key currency bank accounts weekly and monthly
- Manage End of Month and Year End processing, reconciling and reporting for CBH Ops, CBH Grain and Corporate Mastercard’s
- Perform and recommend adjustments, write-offs, and refunds for customer accounts, ensuring adequate documentation is prepared for management review and approval.
About You:
- Demonstrated experience in Accounts Receivable
- Experience working with automated invoice systems
- Understanding and proficient MS Excel knowledge
- Proficient understanding and ability to use AR systems (preferably SAP)
- A strong understanding of Accounting Principles, Australian Consumer Law, National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009, and privacy laws and principles
