The Role
As an Officer – Contracts, you will be a vital member of our Projects Delivery Group (PDG), supporting the effective administration of contracts across the commercial function.
Reporting to the Manager – Contracts, your role will be central to both pre-award and post-award activities, from assisting with tender preparation and contract execution to managing ongoing administration, claims, and variations. You will work closely with project managers, finance, and contractors to ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely delivery of outcomes, while fostering strong relationships and contributing to the seamless flow of project delivery.
This position is Full Time based in Perth,
Responsibilities include:
- Assist with tender preparation, evaluation plans, and contract execution
- Administer contracts and maintain registers
- Process contractor claims, variations, and site instructions in line with CBH standards.
- Communicates and reports contract status to Project Managers and key stakeholders.
About You:
- Current driver’s licence
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Excel)
- Highly developed organisational and administrative skills
Desirable
- Ariba experience
- Knowledge of contract administration processes and the WA agriculture sector
