The Role
Reporting to the Manager of Project Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of diverse capital projects across our network. You’ll oversee technical project aspects, foster stakeholder engagement, and provide frontline leadership during project execution. You will also be instrumental in contractor selection and management, while supporting all commercial facets of project controls and reporting.

Responsibilities include:

Provide technical, planning, and execution support for safety, contract administration, project controls, commissioning, asset integration, and project completion

Ensure clear understanding of Project Initiation Document (PID) requirements

Assist in developing detailed scopes of work, business cases, tender packages, phase and overall schedules, risk assessments, design reviews, asset commissioning, integration and handover packages for each project

Support Project Controls with cost estimates, forecasts, risk identification, schedule updates, and progress tracking

Champion continuous improvement within the PDG and challenge the status quo
About You:
-
Qualifications in Engineering, Project Management, or Construction Management

Extensive experience in project development and delivery within Owners Teams, EPCM, or large contracting firm

Safety Commitment: Dedication to a Safety-First culture, with expertise in Safety in Design and Hazard Identification

Solid understanding of engineering standards and best practices
-
Extensive knowledge in project planning, estimating, cost management, scheduling, and risk management

Experienced in contract management
