The Role

CBH is seeking a proactive and relationship‑driven professional to join our Accumulations Products and Services team on a 12month fixed term contract based at our Perth Head Office.

 

Reporting to the Accumulations Products & Services Manager, this role is central to managing and strengthening our partnerships with Western Australian grain marketing consultants and corporate clients.

 

You’ll play a key role in developing accumulation strategies, enhancing customer engagement and supporting continuous improvement across our products and services.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with grain marketing consultants and CBH corporate clients to identify opportunities and drive participation in CBH products and services
  • Develop and implement grain accumulation and service strategies to support product uptake, NPS score and accumulation targets
  • Provide senior-level insight by interpreting business issues and recommending best‑practice solutions
  • Maintain accurate documentation, work instructions and audit trails across CRM and internal systems
  • Coordinate and deliver meetings, briefings and seminars to keep stakeholders informed on products, services and market developments

 

About You:

  • Strong understanding of the Australian grain marketplace and supply chain
  • Proven experience in customer relationship or client management
  • High attention to detail and strong computer literacy

Desirable:

  • 3-5 years relevant experience in grain accumulation and marketing
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Sales, Agribusiness, or Agriculture
  • High competency with CRM systems and the Microsoft suite.
