The Role
Join our Asset Management team as a SAP Master Data Specialist, where you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of asset data that supports strategic maintenance planning and asset lifecycle decisions.
This role focuses on developing and maintaining SAP EAM master data, including maintenance technical objects, maintenance plans and associated work instructions. You’ll work closely with our engineering and maintenance teams across WA, with regular site travel to build accurate Bills of Materials and strengthen data quality across our asset management systems.
This position is offered on a 2 year fixed term contract.
Responsibilities include:

Partner with our engineering and maintenance teams to develop, maintain and update equipment Bills of Materials

Develop, maintain and routinely audit asset data management documentation, processes and systems of work

Establish and embed asset data review and validation processes to ensure highquality data supports business decisionmaking

Support Asset Management through the collection and collation of data for asset modelling and analysis, including wholeoflife cost model

Process SAP asset management master data creation and change requests in line with approved standards and governance
About You:

Tertiary qualification in project management, engineering, or a mechanical/electrical trade qualification with relevant experience

Strong SAP EAM transactional processing experience

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to analyse, manipulate and report on data

Experience in maintenance planning

Proven experience building equipment Bills of Materials (highly advantageous)

Inventory management and material master data experience (desirable)
