The Role
We’re seeking a Specialist – Learning and Development to join our Culture & Capability team. Reporting to the Head of Culture & Capability, you’ll play a key role in designing and delivering learning solutions that drive capability and business success.
This role is perfect for someone passionate about creating exceptional learning experiences and leveraging technology to enhance development outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deploy learning solutions: work with a wide range of stakeholders and learning design needs from Operations through to IT to create a variety of learning programs to support individual and organisational capability

Review training packages: coordinate reviews and contextualise programs as required

Analyse learning data: identify trends and provide accessible insights for employees and managers

Provide expert advice: act as a trusted advisor on L&D systems, processes, and best practices
About You
-
Tertiary qualification in HR or related field, or 6+ years’ experience in L&D/HR
-
Skilled in LMS platforms (SuccessFactors) and e-learning tools (Articulate and Enable Now)

Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities

Practical experience in L&D design, development, and compliance

Ability to interpret and leverage learning data

Willingness to travel within WA as required
Desirable:

Experience creating internal talent pathways

Qualification or experience in training and facilitation
