Corporate Affairs Lead

Join the Corporate Affairs team at one of Australia’s largest agribusinesses and biggest grain exporter.

We have an opportunity for a permanent full-time Corporate Affairs Lead to help shape how we communicate and engage with our growers and regional communities.

As part of the team, you will develop and implement media, stakeholder and communications plans to support internal and external activities of the business.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively across the business to deliver engaging communications campaigns.

  • Develop content for the website, intranet, presentations, speeches and other corporate communications channels.

  • Prepare and implement marketing and communications plans to deliver effective grower, employee and stakeholder engagement in line with business requirements.

  • Support media relations activities including preparing media releases and responses.

  • Support our community investment program and events including related sponsorship activities and promotions.

Skills and experience

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful communications plans that align with stakeholder requirements.

  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships across the business, and key internal and external stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication and writing skills in marketing communications, media relations and employee communications.

  • Experience in agriculture or engaging with regional communities is highly desired.
