Working alongside our Senior Developer the Developer - Mobile Application is accountable for all aspects of software development and technical support for CBH Mobile Applications. They will be responsible for requirements analysis, developing APIs to support mobile apps, using and adapting existing web applications for apps, and keeping up to date with concepts and best practices for coding mobile applications. The technical support will follow standard IT processes and will require liaising with external vendors as required. The Developer - Mobile Application will have an appreciation of the underlying business processes, will be viewed as the mobile technology specialist to the architecture team and may also contribute to the analysis of small changes.

Key responsibilities

  • Developing mobile applications in React Native (Javascript) 
  • Building commercial iOS and Android applications 
  • Designing, defining and shipping new features for mobile applications
  • Perform unit test to ensure usability, robustness, edge cases and general reliability
  • Improve application performance and bug fixing


Skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, management or a similar discipline (work experience in a similar role may be acceptable).
  • Development experience with Java, Android SDK, Objective C, NodeJS API, React Native, MS Azure Cloud, Object Oriented Analysis and Design.
  • Understanding of JavaScript
  • Strong mathematical aptitude
  • Experience in working with third party vendors
  • Demonstrated Analytical problem solving skills
  • Strong customer focus & excellent customer service skills.



  • Experience in and/or exposure to SAP Fiori applications and/or SAP Cloud Platform
  • Previous experience programming muti-threaded, distributed application in a main stream language such as C/C++, C#, Java, PHP or Python
  • Previous experience working with relational database technologies such as Oracle, MS SQL Server and T-SQL
