The Role

 

We are currently seeking an experienced Integrated Management System (IMS) Lead with experience in implementing organisational wide management systems and frameworks to join our Legal and Risk division based in the CBD.

 

You will be responsible for the design, development and maintenance of CBH’s IMS ensuring it is simplified and meets the requirements of all staff as well as certification to ISO 9001:2015.

 

Key responsibilities include

 

  • Enable more effective stakeholder interactions through consolidation and simplification of key business processes that interface or deliver value to Growers and Customers
  • Lead the development and enhancement of CBH’s IMS to ensure it is current and applicable to all staff.
  • Continually improve CBH’s IMS to ensure system and processes are aligned to the principles of simplicity and governance
  • Assist management in reviewing and complying with current IMS system.
  • Coordinate internal and external certification audits and follow up actions.
  • Work with IT to automate Office365 with a view of reducing manual effort in administering the IMS. 
     

Skills and experience

 

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • 10 years’ experience in a similar role preferably with experience in implementing Safety, Quality, Environmental and Asset Management systems and frameworks to ISO and or Australian Standards.
  • An excellent understanding of ISO 9001:2015
  • Experience in developing, maintaining or certifying management systems
  • Significant experience of writing policies and procedures across all business discipline
