The role

 

We are seeking an experienced, ‘tech-savvy’ learning professional with an interest and aptitude for systems.  This is a great opportunity to apply, or build, deep capability in how SuccessFactors is used to facilitate learning and development.

 

The role reports to the Culture and Capability Manager and is part of a small and agile team who work to enable the development of a safe, capable and high performing workforce.

 

You will use your knowledge of the learning management system to help stakeholders define, design, deploy and manage learning.  You will also look ahead to recommend innovative ways to increase the effectiveness of our learning and development products to ensure they meet the needs of our people.

 

We know work-life balance is important, so flexibility is provided through this 0.8FTE role.

 

 

Key responsibilities

 

  • Work with business stakeholders to define learning needs and develop and maintain e-learning products, ensuring a consistent, quality product is experienced by CBH employees.
  • Ensure SuccessFactors learning management system integrity and ‘fit for purpose’ for business needs.
  • Coach, advise and provide information to stakeholders so they can make efficient decisions about learning.
  • Investigate new technologies and the viability to increase effectiveness of training for CBH; define the need for new learning technologies and understand the ability of those tools to meet the learning needs of CBH.

 

 

Skills and experience

  • Experience in the design, development and administration of learning.
  • Strong systems, analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work with and analyse data.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors, or other learning management systems
  • Experience with various learning design tools (Articulate; Adobe creative suite)
  • Coaching and facilitation skills
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying and using technology best suited to deliver training needs whilst minimising time, cost and delivering effective learning outcomes
  • Highly developed interpersonal and relationship building skills to be able to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders.
