The Role 

Make a real impact in WA’s grain industry while developing hands-on skills in a supportive team environment. 

 

We’re looking for motivated, safety-focused individuals to join us as Receival Point Operators (RPOs) on a permanent and fixed term basis. As an RPO, you will play a major part in our supply chain working with Growers, Contractors and Team members to sustainably create and return value to Growers. 

 

You’ll receive training in a range of Nationally Recognised Competencies such as Front-End Loader, Skid Steer, Confined Space Entry, Working at Heights, and more!  

 

This position involves regular travel between receival sites in your designated area: 

  • Area 4 – Moora, Miling, Watheroo, Piawaning and Regans Ford. 

  • Area 5 – Konnongorring, Wongan Hills, Ballidu, Pithara, McLevie and Wubin. 

 

Accommodation: 
On-site accommodation is available across all locations. 

 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Operate plant and equipment to move and store bulk grain (we will train you!) 

  • Safely receiving, storing, and out-loading grain 

  • Sampling and assessing the grain including identifying contaminated grain 

  • Maintaining the condition of grain within the storage system through hygiene activities 

  • This role involves physical aspects including bending, lifting, climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, at heights and in hot and dusty environments 

  • Potential to undertake site leadership duties during harvest 

 

About You: 

  • Hold an unrestricted and valid driver’s licence with own reliable vehicle  

  • Be deemed physically fit in accordance with the CBH operational worker pre-employment medical 

  • Be able to work at heights, in confined spaces and in areas with a high grain dust concentration  

  • Reside locally or relocate to a nearby area, with travel between sites OR stay in CBH accommodation
